Busthanul Uloom Arabic College was established more than half a century ago at the time when there was pathetic scarcity of true religious and moral education among the muslim community. Owing to ignorance, the Muslims were entrapped in superstitions and evil customs prevailed in those times. Like a beam of light that pierced darkness, Dei Gratia College played a pivotal role in moulding them to be righteous and spriritually aware. indeed it was the dream and effort of educated and pious personalities to found an institution capable to enlighten the society. Despite challenges and setbacks this prestigious institution that started in 1968 continues its successful and ceaseless journey.
Propsed project for Busthan Cultral Center
The proposed project for Busthan Cultural Center aspires to create a vibrant space rooted in Islamic values, celebrating the rich heritage and traditions of the Muslim world. This initiative envisions a center dedicated to the arts, education, and community engagement, offering programs such as Quranic recitation, Islamic art exhibitions, calligraphy workshops, lectures on Islamic history and spirituality, and events celebrating key Islamic occasions. By fostering an environment that embodies the principles of unity, compassion, and knowledge, the center seeks to inspire individuals and communities to deepen their connection to Islamic culture while promoting mutual understanding and respect among diverse audiences.
Arabic College
Busthanul Uloom Arabic College, affiliated with Calicut University, stands as a premier institution dedicated to the study and dissemination of Arabic and Islamic knowledge. The college offers a range of academic programs, including the Afzal-Ul-Ulama Preliminary (2 years), Afzal-Ul-Ulama Degree (3 years), and MA Arabic-PG (2 years). To complement these core programs, the college provides add-on courses such as Sharia, English-Arabic translation, Urdu language learning, spoken English, and spoken Arabic, catering to diverse linguistic and professional development needs. With a mission to nurture scholars and preachers for the propagation of Islam, the college also emphasizes Quran and Hadith studies.

Thahfeedul Quran Madrasa, established in 2012, is dedicated to teaching the memorization of the Holy Quran alongside a comprehensive education. Housed in a three-story building, the madrasa admits 40 students annually, providing free food and accommodation. Beyond religious studies, students are prepared for the state syllabus SSLC and receive training in Arabic and Hindi languages, ensuring a balanced and holistic education. With a faculty of expert educators, the madrasa focuses on making learning relevant to contemporary times, equipping students with both spiritual knowledge and practical skills for their future.
Karuna Bhavan Special School
Karuna Bhavan Special School, recognized by the Government of Kerala, has been a beacon of hope since its inception in 2012, providing quality education and training for students with mental and physical challenges. The school is dedicated to nurturing the unique potential of each child, offering personalized care and support in areas where students need improvement. Additionally, it provides dedicated Islamic and religious instruction for campus students, fostering a deeper understanding of faith and community values.
Madrasa
Busthanul Uloom Madrasa, established in 1965, is a cornerstone of Islamic education, conducting classes from grades 1 to 7 based on the KNM syllabus. The madrasa is dedicated to providing a solid foundation in basic education while instilling Islamic values, ensuring holistic development for its students. Guided by a team of excellent teachers, it continues to meet the growing demand for quality Islamic education, nurturing a generation rooted in faith and knowledge.
Destitute Home
The Destitute Home, established in 1980, serves as a sanctuary for children in need, providing free education, food, and accommodation. Designed to support and uplift destitute children, the facility focuses on creating a nurturing environment where they can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. By addressing the basic necessities of life, the home ensures that these children have a stable foundation to pursue their dreams and aspirations without worry.
With a mission rooted in compassion and empowerment, the Destitute Home goes beyond mere shelter and sustenance.
